Cookie Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026
This page explains exactly which cookies and similar technologies Anti-Aging Daily uses, why we use them, the legal basis, how long they last, and how you can change your mind at any time.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are strictly necessary for a site to work or to remember a choice you have made; others are optional and only used with your consent. We keep our use deliberately minimal. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

Cookies and technologies we use

NameProviderPurposeCategoryStorage period
aad_lang Anti-Aging Daily (first party) Remembers the language you have chosen or that was matched to your region, so you are not asked again on every page. Functional 12 months
aad_consent Anti-Aging Daily (first party) Stores your cookie choice (accept all, essential only, or your custom selection) so the consent banner does not reappear on every visit. Essential 12 months
__cf_bm Cloudflare Bot-management cookie that helps distinguish real visitors from automated traffic and protects the site from abuse. Essential About 30 minutes
cf_clearance Cloudflare Set only if a security challenge is shown; stores the result so you are not challenged again during your visit. Essential Up to 1 year (only if a challenge occurs)
Cloudflare Web Analytics Cloudflare Measures aggregate page views and performance so we can see which articles are read. It is cookieless and privacy-first: it sets no cookie, uses no fingerprinting, and does not build a profile of individual visitors. Analytics (cookieless) No cookie stored

Cloudflare durations are set by Cloudflare and may change; the exact expiry of __cf_bm and cf_clearance is controlled by their service. We also keep a first-party, aggregate visit count in our own server logs, which is not tied to a cookie and is not used to profile you.
