About the teamWho Writes Anti-Aging Daily
Longevity is a field crowded with hype. Our job is to separate what the research actually supports from what sounds good on a supplement label. Here is the team behind the work and how we keep it honest.
Dr. Lena Hartmann, PhD
Lead Writer · Molecular Biology & Longevity
Lena holds a PhD in molecular biology and spent years researching cellular aging before turning to science communication. She writes our supplement and cellular-aging pieces (NAD+/NMN, senolytics, peptides) and is happiest when she gets to explain a complicated mechanism in plain language. Her rule: if a claim only has mouse data, the article has to say so.
Marco Feldt, MSc
Nutrition & Lifestyle
Marco is a nutrition scientist (MSc) who covers diet, fasting, exercise and the everyday habits that move the needle more than any pill. He has a soft spot for unglamorous, well-proven basics and a healthy suspicion of $80 powders.
Dr. Sophie Renner, MD
Medical Reviewer
Sophie is a practising physician who reviews our health-related articles for accuracy and safety before they go live. Where the evidence is thin or a topic carries real risk, she makes sure the article says it clearly rather than glossing over it.
How we keep it accurate
Every health claim on this site is tied to peer-reviewed research, and we link out to the original studies on PubMed or the journal so you can check them yourself. We cite human trials over animal studies, flag when funding or sample size is a limitation, and update articles when better evidence appears. Read more in our Editorial Policy.
