Almost every anti-aging supplement follows the same arc: a striking result in mice or a petri dish, a wave of influencer marketing, then years of slower, messier human data that rarely match the headline. Our approach is simple — we start from the randomised controlled trials, note where the evidence is genuinely strong (omega-3, creatine, protein basics), where it is promising but early (NAD+ precursors, spermidine, urolithin A), and where the marketing has run well ahead of the science (many peptides, most "reversal" claims). Every claim on these pages is cited to peer-reviewed research, and each guide is checked against our editorial and fact-checking policy.
